**Virtual participants: Support our cause wherever you are. Run or walk where you want, on a date set by you! Includes event T-shirt and medal, which will be mailed to you the week after the physical race day. We order shirts all at once, hence your virtual package will likely arrive AFTER the physical event day, so plan your run accordingly. (Please ensure your address is correct).

- 6:15 AM – Race Day Registration & Packet Pickup
- 7:15 AM - 10K Start
- 7:30 AM – 5K Start

(NOTE: Race shirt size & availability only guaranteed for registrations made by August 11. Options are Womens Tank, Mens Sleeveless, Unisex T-shirt, and Youth Sizes are for T-Shirt.)
Be sure to bring extra cash to purchase additional merchandise race day.
- $20 for additional awareness tshirts (Grenade Heart Tshirts/Tanks are available in limited colors on registration page. **Limited inventory will be available at packet pickups and on event day as well.

Early Packet Pickup: If you are close/able, we ask that you please come pick up your packet. Packets will not be mailed.
RACE DAY Packet Pickup will be at the RACE SITE starting at 6:15 AM

Male & Female Age Groups: Runners 9 & Under; 10-14; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; 70 & Over
All 5K & 10K finishers will receive finishing medals.
Awards are awarded three deep in each age group for the 10K & 5K Run/Walk. Race will be chip-timed and results published by COX RACING SERVICES
